Journey is a charming little boy with such an adorable face that you might mistake him for a Red Panda – which is exactly how he got his sweet name! He was rescued as a young pup from a dog farm in Yulin, carrying with him fear and uncertainty.
After his rescue, Journey spent time in a Chinese shelter where he struggled to feel safe and often withdrew from people. Because of his fear, he was considered “difficult” – but really, all Panda needed was patience, love, and understanding.
Since moving to a boarding facility in Beijing, Panda has truly blossomed. His confidence has grown enormously, and he now shows himself as happy and affectionate. He adores human attention and cuddles. His very best friend is Bondi, another dog saved from Yulin – the two spend hours every day playing and wrestling together, showing just how playful and social Panda really is!
This brave little boy has already come so far and is now ready to find his forever home with someone who can continue giving him the love, patience, and companionship he deserves. Panda may be a little shy in a new environment at first, but beneath that is a playful, loving companion just waiting to shine.
